The Studio Bulletin is BACK! Here is the latest Studio Bulletin featuring Elaine Sheppard’s visit…
We have about 100 photographers taking leads from Emmas Diary including the Barrett and Coe studios. For those already doing baby photography or thinking about doing it the following stats make interesting reading.
More than £250,000 sales have been made from Emmas Diary in B and C studios this year with an averge order value of £206. Most of this is from first sittings from appointments made through telephone calls. However, we also send mailings to past data where they have not previously had a sitting. The average order then increases to £254 making a considerable impact on overall profitability. So it is very important to do secondary marketing and to encourage existing customers to recommend friends.
With 80 to 100 leads per area per month per photographer, 60% of which have telephone numbers, and complete exclusivity i.e. the data is not supplied to anyone else, Emmas Diary forms a very important part of a studios business mix although family sittings will always be more profitable, but often the baby sitting later leads to a family sitting.
