The Studio Bulletin is BACK! Here is the latest Studio Bulletin featuring Elaine Sheppard’s visit…
This email received by one of our ex-students illustrates how important customer care is to a photographer’s business. The photography must be good but customer care is even more important.
This appointment was from an Activity Superstore customer:
“When we first visited Mark he was unknown to us and we were using a special offer voucher. We choose his studio because it was near to home. Our intention was to get a family picture with our one year old daughter. Although, when we arrived at the studio she was in no mood to be still and photogenic! Despite this, due to Mark’s manner and professionalism, we do have some lovely shots capturing her cheekiness including a picture of all of us together. We couldn’t choose just one so ended up with a set of three and two more bookings for other members of our family as Christmas gifts. He really listened to what we wanted and was happy to change plans and persevere with a one year old who could not sit or stand still. We highly recommend this studio and am looking forward to our next two visits with family.”
