Encouraging post-Lockdown results

Since Government restrictions were relaxed in June 2020 many of our Franchisees have recorded encouraging results from their studio activity. Although studio capacity has reduced to avoid client crossover and to allow for additional cleaning, our contact centre Portrait Appointments, has booked over 1000 family and baby Portrait Experiences since reopening.

Studios have reported that clients seem more committed to their appointment and motivated to spend. In addition, the average order value from these sessions has seen an increase too.

In June one Franchisee commented:
