The Studio Bulletin is BACK! Here is the latest Studio Bulletin featuring Elaine Sheppard’s visit…
Our new Course 2 for Wedding Photography and Course 2 for Portrait Photography starts in May.
Everyone doing the Wedding Course will now be in a position to book weddings when the booking season for 2013 begins in September. All those attending the course can have an opportunity to go on a wedding with leading wedding photographer Martin Wise.
Our Portrait studios are showing massive increases averaging 57% higher sales again last week. The market is tough but very much there for those who do their marketing.
One of our studios decided to decrease volume and concentrate more on increasing average sales and cutting costs. The figures below make for interesting reading:
“This morning spent analysing Feb results – year on year statistics are starling:
– turnover down 12%,
– costs down 35%,
– family average up 69%,
– baby average up 5%,
– makeover averages up 14%,
– number of sittings down 44%,
– Net Profit up 169 % ! yes, thats 169% up !
This all aligns with what I have been trying to do but when you see it on the PL line it’s still startling!”
To emphasise this further, these figures were from just one of our studios. Overall, taking all our studios together, there has been 76% increase on sittings.
