We often receive really nice feedback from customers about our Course Graduates and franchisees. The following has just been received following a PR shoot in Bournemouth for an In Home Care and Assistance company. Paul Sumner who finished his course in June 2012 was the photographer.

…I recall you acknowledging that some of my people would be nervous, if not unwilling, to be photographed at work. In the event your professional, unobtrusive and personable approach immediately put them at their ease. The photographs that you have produced reflect the composed and assured team that I am lucky enough to employ, and we have already put some of the images to good effect in our literature.

So, not only did you take superb photographs, that easily met my requirement and far exceeded my expectations, you also created something of a buzz amongst my carers who themselves have been chuffed to bits with the manner in which you have captured their images…” Andrew Davies
